By accessing or using CraftIT, the web-based Furniture Customization, Inventory, and Delivery Management System of Toper Furnitures and Woodworks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the system.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use CraftIT. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. User accounts
Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Sharing Restrictions
You agree not to share your account with any other person.
Suspension

3. Orders and customization
Availability
All orders placed through CraftIT are subject to availability and confirmation by the administrator.
Specifications Finality
For customization requests, the specifications you provide (dimensions, materials, design details) are final upon submission. Changes after confirmation may not be accommodated.
Rejections
Toper Furnitures and Woodworks reserves the right to reject orders that cannot be fulfilled based on current inventory or capacity.
Pricing Structure
Pricing is computed based on size, design complexity, materials, and labor. Final pricing is confirmed by the administrator prior to payment.
4. Payments
PayMongo Integration
CraftIT processes payments through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, Qr Ph, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer via PayMongo.
Security
CraftIT does not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled securely by PayMongo.
Currency
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5. Delivery
Coverage Areas
CraftIT's integrated delivery tracking covers orders within Bulacan and Pampanga.
Special Regions
Deliveries outside these areas may be accommodated subject to minimum order quantity, additional delivery fees, and administrator approval.
Estimated Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on production status and courier availability.
6. Prohibited conduct
Unlawful Purposes
You must not use CraftIT for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law.
Access Violations
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
Misleading Data
You must not submit false or misleading information in any order or customization request.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability Cap
Toper Furnitures and Woodworks and the developers of CraftIT shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this system. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
8. Changes to these terms
Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CraftIT after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
