How do I place a custom order?
You can use our integrated Customize page. Simply specify the type of furniture, wood type, exact dimensions (width, depth, height), and upload reference images. Our system will generate an instant price estimate, which is reviewed by our administration before confirmation.
Can I modify my specifications after ordering?
Since custom orders are built to exact dimensions, specifications are considered final once the order is approved and payment is processed. If you need urgent adjustments, please contact us immediately, though changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts.
Materials & Quality
What types of wood do you use?
We work with premium Philippine hardwoods and high-quality local timber. Our standard options include Narra, Yakal, Mahogany, Acacia, Pine, Cherry, Walnut, Oak, Tanguile, and Molave. All wood is legally sourced and kiln-dried.
Do you offer warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we stand by our workmanship. We offer a limited warranty on structural joints and wood defects. Natural changes in wood color or minor expansions due to humidity are normal characteristics of solid wood and are not covered.
Payments
What are the payment options?
We support two options: a '70-30' split payment (70% downpayment to start production, and 30% upon completion/before delivery) or a Full payment option. Both are securely processed through PayMongo.
What payment methods are accepted?
Through PayMongo, we accept GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, QR Ph, and direct online bank transfers.
Delivery & Tracking
Where do you deliver?
Our integrated delivery tracking currently supports Bulacan and Pampanga. If you reside outside these provinces, please contact our administrator to discuss special delivery arrangements.
How long does production and delivery take?
Standard lead times vary by product (e.g., 3 days for chairs, 7 days for tables and cabinets). Custom furniture lead times are estimated during the customization quote and displayed on your order tracker.
